Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the e-commerce business in alignment with company goals.
  • Own and manage the P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Manage daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Leverage global expertise to localise the brand positioning, pricing logistics and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee budget planning and financial performance to meet profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and reports that support decision-making and revenue acceleration.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Country Manager - E-commerce should have:

  • 10+ years in marketing, business development, strategy consulting or finance (e-commerce experience is a plus)
  • Proven leadership skills to manage teams and drive business performance.
  • Expertise in strategic planning and execution for market growth.
  • Knowledge of financial management and budget oversight.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
