Job Description Develop and execute strategies to grow the e-commerce business in alignment with company goals. Own and manage the P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Manage daily operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Leverage global expertise to localise the brand positioning, pricing logistics and marketing strategies. Oversee budget planning and financial performance to meet profitability targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing and promotional campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. Deliver data-driven insights and reports that support decision-making and revenue acceleration. The Successful Applicant A successful Country Manager - E-commerce should have: 10+ years in marketing, business development, strategy consulting or finance (e-commerce experience is a plus) Proven leadership skills to manage teams and drive business performance. Expertise in strategic planning and execution for market growth. Knowledge of financial management and budget oversight. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
