About the role We are seeking an experienced HR Associate with a focus on employee relations to join our team at HIGHPOINT PROPERTY VENTURES IND. CORP.' in Cebu, Central Visayas. As an HR Associate Employee Relations, you will play a key role in maintaining positive and productive employee-employer relationships, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations, and supporting the overall HR strategy of our growing organisation. What you'll be doing Provide guidance and support to employees on a range of HR-related matters, including policy interpretation, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures Investigate and resolve employee complaints and disputes in a fair and impartial manner Collaborate with managers to address employee performance and conduct issues, and develop appropriate action plans Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations Contribute to the design and delivery of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment Participate in HR projects and initiatives that support the overall HR strategy and objectives of the organisation What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR associate or specialist role, with a strong focus on employee relations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels Thorough understanding of labour laws and regulations, and the ability to apply them in a practical and solution-oriented mannerStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy Proficient in HR software and data analysis, with the ability to generate meaningful insights and recommendations What we offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive health insurance coverage for you and your family Generous paid time off, including holidays, sick leave, and personal days Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Collaborative and inclusive work culture with a focus on work-life balance About us HIGHPOINT PROPERTY VENTURES IND.
