Job Summary:
We are looking for a committed Employee Relations Staff to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for managing employee concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and supporting programs that promote a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employee relations cases including complaints, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Provide guidance to employees and supervisors regarding company policies and labor laws.
- Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions.
- Assist in performance management, coaching, and disciplinary processes.
- Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Document and maintain accurate records of employee relations cases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably with at least 1–2 years of experience in employee relations or HR.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented.
