You will make a direct impact by: Building and maintaining strong client relationships through consistent communication and service excellence. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing to client endorsement and interview facilitation. Partnering with internal teams to develop innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment solutions that exceed expectations. This Role Is for You If… Experience: You have 3–5 years of experience as an IT or Technical Recruiter, ideally handling both client and candidate management. Technical Skills: You are proficient in ATS platforms, Microsoft applications, and recruitment tools used for sourcing and lead generation.
