Senior/Lead Technical IT Recruiter

Following new customer acquisition and company growth, we are looking to hire a Senior / Lead Technical Recruiter to support our global clients across the Software Development, Architecture, Salesforce, Cloud, ERP, CRM, Data, Business Intelligence, AI, Machine Learning, and Automation domains across UK, European, United States and South American markets.

You will join a small but growing team working on a hybrid remote basis from the IT Park in Cebu City, with successful candidates working late and graveyard shifts to support international regional time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Translate complex technical job specifications into targeted job advertisements and compelling talent messaging across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and niche tech communities.
• Develop advanced Boolean and X-ray search strategies to proactively source high-calibre technical talent globally.
• Conduct in-depth qualification calls assessing technical proficiency, cultural fit, and career alignment across roles in Software Engineering, Architecture, AI/ML, Salesforce, Cloud, Data/BI, etc.
• Mentor and support junior recruiters by providing sourcing guidance, screening calibration, and quality assurance on candidate submissions.
• Present strong, insight-backed talent recommendations to clients while managing expectation alignment and hiring strategy.
• Manage interview coordination, stakeholder communication, offer negotiation, and candidate closing to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Maintain structured records on ATS/CRM systems while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and recruitment reporting standards.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and hiring strategy recommendations during client meetings.
• Participate in regular team and client huddles to share pipeline updates, hiring trends, risks, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of technical recruitment experience (agency or internal), preferably in international markets.
• Proven experience hiring across Software Development, Salesforce, Data/BI, AI & Machine Learning, Cloud, or Automation functions.
• Excellent English communication skills with the confidence to lead client briefings and conduct technical qualification conversations.
• Strong experience in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM platforms, and modern sourcing automation tools.
• Solid commercial acumen and understanding of global business landscapes and hiring structures.
• Comfortable working in a data-driven, performance-focused environment with hiring timelines and KPIs.
• Leadership mindset — able to advise, optimize strategies, and influence both candidates and clients.

Working Hours

• The successful candidate must be willing to work late and graveyard shifts to support the US, UK, and EMEA regions.

Salary Information

• 30,000 PHP – 50,000 PHP per month (Negotiable based on seniority + international experience)
