About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic and growing team. This position involves sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical professionals across roles such as software engineers, developers, IT specialists, and other tech-related positions. The ideal candidate combines strong communication abilities, technical knowledge, and proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process — from job posting and sourcing to interviews and job offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify the right technical talent.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate records.
  • Develop and nurture a strong pipeline of technical candidates for current and future roles.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to stay competitive in attracting talent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technical hiring.
  • Solid understanding of technical roles, tools, and programming languages (e.g., Java, React, .NET, DevOps, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
  • Proficient in using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and similar platforms.
  • Capable of managing multiple requisitions independently.
  • Experience in a BPO, tech company, or startup setting is an advantage.
