About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and creative Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on building and managing influencer collaborations across Instagram (primary) and TikTok (secondary) in the U.S. and EU markets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Reach out to influencers and explore collaboration opportunities.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer cooperation, including communication, product seeding, logistics, and payment.
  • Track and report outreach progress (e.g., contacting [XX] influencers per day) to meet the monthly target of ~30 confirmed collaborations.
  • Support influencers in creating simple, engaging content aligned with brand needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • At least 2 year of experience in influencer/KOL marketing or social media operations.
  • Minimum 1 year experience collaborating with North American and European influencers.
  • Experienced in using e-blast and email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Strong familiarity with Instagram and TikTok trends.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Business level English proficiency required for effective communication with international partners.
