Sr. Paid Ads Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Ads Specialist to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in performance marketing, with deep expertise in Meta Ads and a proven track record of driving measurable results.

What You'll Be Owning

  • Running high-performing paid ad campaigns across Meta and other platforms.
  • Making smart decisions on targeting, bidding, and budgeting to squeeze the most value out of every dollar.
  • Constantly testing — creatives, copy, audiences — to find what really clicks.
  • Keeping a sharp eye on performance metrics like CPC, CPA, ROAS and turning numbers into actions.
  • Staying ahead of the curve on Meta policy changes, trends, and best practices so we're always compliant and competitive.
  • Reporting wins (and learnings) to the team in a clear, actionable way.

What You Bring to the Party

  • 5+ years of proven experience managing and scaling paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads is your playground).
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to spot insights and act on them.
  • Hands-on experience managing budgets and hitting performance targets.
  • Strong communication skills — you can explain complex performance insights simply.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a love for testing and optimization.
  • Bonus points if you've played with Google Ads, TikTok, or LinkedIn campaigns, or if you hold a Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification.
