About The Role
As the Influencer Coordinator , you’ll own and execute influencer marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for building relationships, launching campaigns, and ensuring that influencer partnerships drive real business results.
What You’ll Do

• Proactively research, identify, and reach out to influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — with a focus on trend-savvy, brand-aligned creators
• Manage the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns: outreach, onboarding, brief creation, content coordination, and performance tracking
• Negotiate deliverables and rates with creators and ensure campaigns stay within budget
• Track campaign performance, audience engagement, and content quality to continually optimize efforts
• Maintain and grow a database of high-performing influencers and audience insights
• Collaborate closely with internal marketing, design, and sales teams to support product launches and brand initiatives
• Prepare regular reports on influencer campaign ROI and performance metrics
• Stay up to date on influencer marketing trends, social algorithms, and cultural conversations relevant to Schedule35’s audience
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or a similar digital marketing role
• Strong English communication and copywriting skills — both written and verbal
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns at once
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, engagement metrics, and content trends
• Familiarity with — or genuine interest in — the psilocybin/microdosing space
• Comfortable working Asia-aligned hours (Schedule35 is based in Tokyo)
• Able to eventually take ownership of influencer negotiations and deal closures
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with influencer marketing tools or databases
• Prior exposure to wellness, alternative health, or consumer product industries
• Content creation instincts or experience working closely with creators
