Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the world’s largest providers of financial markets data and infrastructure. They are currently looking for a Sales Specialist.

Job Summary

Role details: Structure, negotiate and close deals; proactively identify pipeline opportunities, working with Account Managers; develop the sales strategy for the proposition within a given territory; provide insights and share Refinitiv thought leadership on the proposition with customers; deliver customer demonstrations on the proposition.

Key Job Requirements

• Deep market understanding including a) expert understanding of Risk and Compliance, b) knowledge of the relevant market, c) a strong understanding of customers\' business model workflow
• World-class selling skills (identity, develop, & articulate proposition/ consultative selling) as a “hunter”
• Strong sales “closer”
• Significant Product and Workflow Expertise (Risk, KYC/AML, and Regulatory Content experience)
• Creative thinker and good sales ideation skills
• Presentation skills (verbal & written)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize and execute a sales plan
• Executive presence
• Over 5 years of industry, sales, or market experience
• Proven track record in a quota-bearing sales environment
• Experience selling to C-level executives

Salary : Php80,000.00 - Php140,000.00 per month

Schedule : 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay : 13th month salary

Job Description: Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. Organizing sales visits, demonstrating and presenting products.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Food Technology
• Knowledge in sales of food ingredients, flavors and seasonings is a plus
• Willing to travel within and outside Metro Manila
• Can carry out product presentation
• Highly motivated and can work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Food Technology graduate is an advantage

Salary : Php17,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month

Location : Makati, National Capital Region

Job Posting 3 – Makati / Field Sales (Dialysis Equipment)

Responsibilities/Job Summary: See original list of duties including development and implementation of territory business plan, managing and developing sales activities within dialysis market, identifying key customers, maintaining relationships, understanding competitors, and identifying business opportunities. Plan and propose to Management for approval any appropriate sales marketing strategy. Duties are not exclusive and may be revised as needed.

Salary : Php20,000 basic salary plus actual transportation (gas, toll) with food reimbursement
