What the role will entail Supports ER Team Head in implementing Code of Discipline and Ethics, advising on HR policies. Acts as Secretariat for administrative hearings and CODE Committee meetings. Prepares Memos and ensures timely service to employees for administrative cases. Writes Recommendations for administrative cases from CODE Hearing Committee and CODE Committee. Provides advice to managers, supervisors, and staff on personnel practices and policies. Assists in resolving employee grievances and conflicts. Reviews, monitors, and uploads approved case recommendations, prepares reports, assists in DOLE inspections, handles payroll advice for suspended employees, conducts training, handles CSR activities, and performs other HR duties as assigned.
