  • Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures to foster open communication and address workplace issues effectively
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar employee relations or HR generalist role, preferably within the human resources industry
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, labour relations, and HR best practices in the Philippines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively mediate conflicts
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement appropriate solutions
  • Proficient in HR data analysis and report generation
  • Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on a range of HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee grievances and complaints, and recommend appropriate resolutions
  • Collaborate with the HR team to plan and deliver employee engagement activities, training, and development programmes
  • Stay up-to-date with employment legislation and industry best practices, and ensure the company's HR practices comply with all relevant regulations
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, and prepare reports as required
  • Contribute to the overall HR strategy and initiatives that support the company's long-term objectives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
