Location flexibility: This internship is remote with the option to work either full-time onsite or in a hybrid model. The location is based in General Trias, Cavite, or the candidate may work entirely from home.
Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR, Culture & Finance Intern to join our team. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across Human Resources, Culture Management, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. HR Duties: Assist in recruitment processes (resume screening, initial interviews); support onboarding; organize training and development programs; manage and update employee records; support HR initiatives to enhance engagement.
- 2. Admin Duties: Provide administrative support to various departments; organize company events; handle general office tasks; contribute to project management (timelines, deliverables, cross-team communication).
- 3. Culture Duties: Contribute to development and maintenance of a positive company culture; assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives; promote work-life balance.
- 4. Finance Duties: Assist in basic financial tasks (invoice processing, expense tracking); support financial reporting; collaborate on budgeting and forecasting.
- 5. Accounting Duties: Support day-to-day accounting tasks; data entry and reconciliation; participate in month-end closing activities.
- 6. Partner or Business Development Duties: Identify potential partners or clients; support proposal development; conduct market research for growth opportunities.
- 7. Other Duties: Collaborate with cross-functional teams; participate in process improvement; undertake additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
