Responsibilities: Support payroll processes for employees in Singapore, Malaysia, India, Sri Lanka, Philippines, and Macau. Prepare payroll instructions and communicate changes to payroll vendors. Review payroll reports such as payroll register, general ledger, variances, statutory, and bank files; identify discrepancies, implement corrections, and recommend solutions, with approval from the Payroll Manager. Ensure timely and accurate preparation and consolidation of periodic reports. Distribute new hire payroll documents to AP new hires. Oversee government statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF) for GPAPPI. Process Social Security System (SSS) Maternity Advancement (Mat 1) and reimbursement (Mat 2) for employees. Coordinate with pension vendors RGFS/MIRAVITE, BPI AMTC, and AYALA-COOP. Monitor and approve medicine reimbursement requests for Singapore employees. Handle gratuity payments for resigned employees in India and Sri Lanka. Process monthly payroll invoices from vendors. Update Standard Operating Procedures as needed. Provide data for audits and payroll month-end reports for accounting. Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and management. Handle ad hoc reporting tasks as assigned.
