The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, building strong relationships, and increasing revenue. The role includes expanding the company's client base and market reach through:

Key Responsibilities and Timeline for Achievements:
First 2 Weeks:
- Orientation and product/service understanding
- Meet with sales/marketing to review strategies and market position
- CRM and sales data familiarization
First Month:
- Set sales targets aligned with annual goals
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Develop detailed business development strategy
- Begin outreach to potential clients and partners
First 90 Days:
- Lead generation and engagement with CEO-led discussions
- Refine engagement strategies and train new hires
In 180 Days:
- Close deals independently, negotiate favorable terms
- Conduct mid-cycle strategy review and team training
- Introduce innovative sales/marketing tactics
In a Year’s Time:
- Demonstrate significant contribution to market reach and revenue
- Lead the team to exceed annual targets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field
- 3-5 years BD or sales, with 1-2 years leadership
- Experience in engineering/construction and elevator sectors preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce preferred but not required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
Home-Based Requirements:
- Fast and reliable internet (≥50 Mbps)
