We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to join our rapidly growing healthcare management company headquartered in US. This role focuses on lead generation, sourcing potential client contacts, and executing targeted mass email campaigns to drive business growth. Compensation offered is $7 per hour + $120 monthly stipend for travel expenses Key Responsibilities: Research and source email contacts of potential clients. Develop and execute mass email campaigns to engage prospects. Track outreach performance and optimize email strategies. Maintain organized lead databases and update records regularly. Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates. Qualifications: College degree required (or current college enrollment). Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage large datasets efficiently. Willingness to work US hours (EST).
