Freelance Business Development Manager (Commission-Based w/ Retainer) We are looking for a skilled and experienced Freelance Business Development/Sales Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong network in the BPO/IT services and staffing sectors, preferably with clients in the US, AU, or UK markets . The position offers a competitive retainer fee, complemented by a lucrative commission-based structure. Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new clients in the BPO/IT services and staffing industries. Leverage existing networks in the US, AU, or UK markets to identify and secure new business opportunities. Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals. Provide regular reports on sales targets, client engagements, and potential market opportunities. Requirements Proven track record in business development, specifically in BPO/IT services and staffing industries. Strong network of potential clients in the US, AU, or UK markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen.
