Position Description

As a Contracts Coordinator, your main responsibility is to support the Sales team by handling non-sales tasks. This includes managing Sales Contracts, updating Salesforce (SFDC), reporting, tracking, and providing administrative assistance. Your duties include:

  1. Checking inventory and documenting all signed QIAGEN Sales Contracts (both within and outside of SFDC)
  2. Researching and analyzing statutes, agreements, and terms and conditions of sales contracts, then providing written reports to the manager and stakeholders
  3. Gaining a clear understanding of contracts, and if necessary, interviewing sales teams or relevant contacts about the sales contracts you're working on
  4. Organizing, retrieving, and preparing sales contracts, including attachments, related emails, tasks, discussions, and any other pertinent documents to fill in missing data and code it in SFDC
  5. Entering and cleaning sales contract data in SFDC
  6. Ensuring pricing schedules are accurate and follow established SOPs
  7. Collaborating with relevant parties as needed
  8. Coordinating with the legal team for advice on specific terms in sales contracts, when required
  9. Updating and maintaining SFDC based on business needs
  10. Creating reports from SFDC and/or SAP
  11. Performing any other related tasks as assigned
  12. Prepares compliance reports (Excel proficient).
