Job Opening: Project Manager (Curtain Walling & Façade Industry)

We are looking for a highly competent and experienced Project Manager with an extensive background exclusively in the curtain walling and façade industry . This role requires a hands-on leader with technical expertise, strong commercial sense, and the ability to lead multiple teams in delivering complex vertical construction projects on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

Only those with direct industry experience will be considered. The successful candidate must have managed end-to-end façade and curtain wall projects and be capable of liaising with top management, consultants, architects, developers, and contractors at the highest level.

1. Project Planning & Execution – Lead full-cycle project management from mobilization, execution, monitoring, and delivery of curtain walling and façade projects.

2. Technical Oversight – Ensure compliance with engineering designs, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management – Maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and top executives (CEOs, Presidents, Directors, and Owners).

4. Budget & Cost Control – Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost efficiency without compromising quality.

5. Resource Management – Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and partners.

6. Risk & Issue Management – Anticipate, identify, and resolve potential project delays or issues.

7. Reporting & Documentation – Provide accurate and timely project updates, progress reports, and documentation to management and clients.

• Curtain Walling & Façade Expertise – In-depth knowledge of systems, design, installation, and project delivery.

• Project Leadership – Proven ability to manage multi-million peso projects with large teams and multiple stakeholders.

• Executive-Level Communication – Comfortable engaging and negotiating with C-suite and top management.

• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.

• Commercial Acumen – Ability to balance technical precision with business profitability.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (PRC license is a plus).

• Strong network and established credibility in the curtain walling & façade industry .

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Must be based in Luzon / Metro Manila and able to start immediately .

• Completion of projects within scope, budget, and schedule .

• High standards of quality, safety, and compliance consistently met.

• Positive client satisfaction and repeat project engagements.

• Efficient coordination of resources, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Accurate, timely, and transparent project reporting to management.
