About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facade Designer who has intensive years of proven expertise in facade design, glass, and aluminum systems . This role is exclusively open to professionals who have dedicated their careers to the Facade Industry and can bring technical mastery, innovation, and leadership to our design team. As a Senior Facade Designer , you will play a key role in developing, reviewing, and ensuring the accuracy, feasibility, and excellence of facade design solutions for high-profile projects. Core Functions: Facade Design & Technical Excellence – Lead and oversee the preparation, development, and delivery of detailed facade design drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications in compliance with project requirements. Coordination & Collaboration – Work closely with architects, structural engineers, project managers, and glass & aluminum specialists to ensure seamless integration of facade systems with project design and construction. Innovation & Quality Assurance – Provide expertise on design optimization, materials selection, and sustainable facade solutions, while ensuring compliance with international standards and local building codes. Core Competencies: Graduate of Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related discipline . Intensive years of experience (minimum 7–10 years) exclusively in Facade, Glass, and Aluminum design projects . Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and other facade design software . Strong understanding of facade engineering principles, materials, structural behavior, and installation methods. Client and stakeholder satisfaction rating (>90%). Successful technical coordination rate with project teams (>95% resolved without rework). Adherence to facade design standards and codes (100% compliance). Qualifications: Licensed Architect, Civil Engineer, or equivalent professional background . At least 7–10 years of exclusive experience in Facade, Glass & Aluminum design . Strong knowledge of local and international facade design standards. Proven track record of successfully delivered facade projects in mid-rise and high-rise developments. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and design review capabilities.
