We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Architectural Sales Executive who will play a critical role in bringing Facade, Glass, and Aluminum solutions to the forefront of Metro Manila's vertical construction projects.
Core Functions- Lead business development initiatives for facade and glass & aluminum projects.
- Prospect, identify, and build strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and project managers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical & sales presentations that align with project requirements.
- Negotiate, close, and manage project contracts to achieve sales growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Sales-Driven Mindset: Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of construction processes, especially facade structures and glass & aluminum systems.
- Architectural Insight: Ability to translate architectural concepts into feasible glass & facade solutions.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent presentation, persuasion, and client management capabilities.
- Professional Presence: Pleasing personality and ability to represent the company with credibility and confidence.

- Secure new project contracts and expand the company's market presence in vertical construction.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction rates.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
