Overview

Jangho Curtainwall Philippines Inc. is seeking a talented Facade Design Coordinator/Designer to join our team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is integral to the success of our civil/structural engineering projects, as you will be responsible for coordinating the design, development, and implementation of innovative curtain wall systems.

What you'll be doing
  • Collaborate closely with the design and engineering teams to develop and detail facade solutions that meet project requirements and specifications
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as clients, architects, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless integration of the facade system into the overall building design
  • Review and analyze design drawings, technical documents, and material specifications to identify potential issues and provide solutions
  • Contribute to the development of company standards, protocols, and best practices for facade design and delivery
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the installation and site teams during the construction phase
What we\'re looking for
  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architect or a related field
  • With experience in facade design and coordination, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
  • Civil Engineering graduates are also considered
  • Strong technical expertise in the design, analysis, and detailing of curtain wall systems, including knowledge of materials, fabrication, and installation methods
  • Proficient in the use of design and simulation software, such as AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex design challenges
