About the Role

Are you an accomplished Project Manager with a strong track record in Facade and Glass & Aluminum construction? We are seeking a results-driven leader to oversee and manage our specialized facade projects, ensuring world-class execution, uncompromising quality, and timely delivery.

Core Functions:
  • Project Leadership & Oversight – Direct all phases of facade project execution, from mobilization, planning, and scheduling to completion and turnover.
  • Stakeholder & Team Management – Lead project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring strong coordination with clients, consultants, and senior management.
  • Quality, Safety & Compliance – Guarantee project compliance with industry standards, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols specific to facade construction.
Core Competencies:
  • Graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field (Licensed preferred).
  • 10+ years of intensive experience in Facade / Glass & Aluminum industry, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role.
  • Strong background in facade systems, curtain walls, cladding, and glass & aluminum fabrication/installation.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and client management within the facade industry.

  • Safety performance – Zero Major Incidents / Lost Time Accidents.
  • Client satisfaction score – ≥90% positive feedback from clients and stakeholders.
