Seller Engagement
· Lead the design, development, and implementation of engagement initiatives to inspire and motivate the salesforce.
· Identify engagement and development needs of sellers through performance data analysis, surveys, and feedback from sales leaders.

Sales Performance Monitoring

· Provide regular performance reports and insights to Sales Management.

Policy Development and Internal Process Improvement

· Generate and provide accurate, timely reports to support planning and decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Sciences or equivalent
· Must have at least 5 years of experience in training, employee engagement or human resources, preferably from a major developer or sales / service industries.
· Strong customer focus and great communication/presentation skills are essential to this role.
· Must possess an excellent grasp of the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
· Willing to visit/work in various site offices in Cavite and Las Piñas City from time to time
