What you'll be doing

  1. Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries and concerns via chat and email
  2. Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a friendly and empathetic manner
  3. Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with the broader customer service team
  4. Continually update your product and service knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
