About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking a talented Chat/Email Support representative to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong City Metro Manila. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about providing exceptional customer service through virtual communication channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via chat and email in a timely, accurate and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team members as needed
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as required
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  • With or without BPO experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a chat or email support capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in using various customer service software and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
