Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for the two-way radio / surveillance business across both government and non-government sectors. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of procurement processes in the Philippines and a proven track record to secure high-value contracts through from different market vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
• Driving sales/projects through government agencies, LGUs, and private sector organizations.
• Identify and secure sales opportunities through PhilGEPS and other relevant procurement platforms.
• Prepare and submit bid proposals in compliance with RA 9184 for government projects and follow private bidding protocols for non-government clients.
• Conduct technical presentations tailored to the specific requirements of each project.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including BAC and TWG members in the public sector.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and to formulate sales strategies.
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years handling government accounts.
• In-depth knowledge of the Philippine Government Procurement Law (RA 9184).
• Technical proficiency in the digital mobile radio communication systems.
• Strong negotiation, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated success in navigating PhilGEPS and BAC processes to secure major contracts.
• Proven track record in closing sales for both government and private sector communication projects.
