We’re Hiring | Sales Executive - Bancassurance (Metro Manila)

Are you passionate about sales and building strong client relationships? This is your chance to grow your career in Bancassurance with one of the country’s leading financial institutions

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree (open to career shifters)
-Proven ability or strong potential to meet monthly sales targets
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Willing to be assigned to a Metrobank or PSBank branch
-Available to work onsite during regular banking hours
-Salary: 16,000 - 22,000

Responsibilities:
-Generate leads, schedule customer appointments, and offer personalized banking solutions
-Prepare and submit customer applications accurately and efficiently
-Build and maintain strong client relationships with excellent after-sales service
-Collaborate with bank partners and encourage customer referrals
-Keep the branch updated on daily activities, performance, and referrals
-Complete onboarding programs covering both technical and soft skills
