Key Responsibilities: *Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.*Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.*Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.*Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.*Utilize data-driven insights to refine and improve recruitment processes.*Build and maintain a strong employer brand through recruitment marketing and candidate engagement.*Develop relationships with universities, job boards, and industry networks to source candidates. *Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.*Optimize recruitment tools, including ATS and CRM systems, for efficiency and effectiveness.*Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and retention rates. Qualifications & Skills: *Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.*10+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.*Strong leadership and team management skills.*Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruiting strategies.*Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: *Experience recruiting for technical positions.*Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in talent acquisition. *Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS) is a plus.
