Job Summary:

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the full-cycle recruitment process to meet the company's hiring needs across retail stores and head office functions. This role will oversee a recruitment team and work closely with business leaders to ensure talent acquisition strategies align with organizational goals. The position requires strong stakeholder management, hands-on execution, and the ability to build a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

Job Description:

Recruitment Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to retail operations and corporate functions.
  • Partner with the Head of HR to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with company values and business objectives.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
  • Allocate workload, set clear objectives, and monitor performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

Talent Acquisition & Process Management

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment across all levels, from entry-level retail staff to managerial positions.
  • Ensure consistent, structured, and efficient recruitment processes.
  • Implement and optimize recruitment tools.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Strengthen the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates in the retail sector.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies during the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates to the Head of HR on hiring progress and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1-2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience hiring for both volume retail roles and specialized head office functions.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading a small team.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technologies.
  • Knowledge of labor regulations and best practices in recruitment.
