Job Title: Recruitment Manager (Night Shift and WFH)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Recruiter specializing in Accounting and Finance, IT and BPO to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:
The Recruitment Manager will be an individual contributor role responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top-tier talent to support all of our hirings mainly Accounting and Finance, IT and other BPO or Contact Center roles. This individual will play a critical role in identifying and attracting skilled professionals who will contribute to the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various IT, Accounting and Finance, BPO and other roles, along with proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within these fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  2. Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  3. Manage the candidate pipeline and drive the recruitment process
  4. from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  5. Regularly update all relevant recruitment and hiring trackers(Google Sheet, ATS),and systems accordingly and on a daily basis
  6. Facilitate the hiring process and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  7. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders using Google Meet/MS Teams.
  8. Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in accounting and finance recruitment.
  11. Assist in developing and implementing recruitment initiatives to enhance the organization's talent acquisition capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • With prior experience working as a Recruitment Manager.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, with a focusin IT and BPO, Accounting and Finance, etc.
  • Strong background and familiarity in industry-related KPIs and metrics and a proven success in meeting monthly target hires and endorsements.
  • Extensive experience in passive sourcing for complex to niche roles using different platforms and job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, etc.
  • Has previously used JobAdder Applicant Tracking System and other tools including Hubspot CRM.
  • Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles, terminology, and job functions as well as IT software and hardware requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,with the abilityto build rapportwith candidates and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the abilityto manage multiplepriorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
