Job Summary

We're seeking a full-time recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for both virtual and onsite roles nationwide. This position uses Upwork, Indeed, and LinkedIn and includes:

Responsibilities:

  • Posting jobs and sourcing candidates for property management openings.

  • Screening applicants, conducting video interviews (Zoom, Google Meet), and scheduling in-person interviews.

  • Managing interview coordination, including feedback between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Negotiating salary and offers with selected candidates.

  • Facilitating onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth start-to-finish experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles.

  • Strong command of Upwork, Indeed, LinkedIn.

  • Skilled in video interviews and in-person scheduling.

  • Proven record managing offers and onboarding.
