We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join our international digital marketing team. This full-time role requires a professional with experience in digital marketing, client management, and sales. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction while driving campaign performance and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
Coordinate with internal teams to execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular updates and reports
Conduct sales calls and follow-ups with potential clients
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell digital marketing services
Provide timely and effective solutions based on client feedback and business needs
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates
Requirements:
Proven experience in account management or client servicing, preferably in a digital marketing setting
Strong understanding of social media platforms and online marketing strategies
Demonstrated success in phone-based sales or client communication
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of attention to detail and professionalism
Self-disciplined and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment
Must have a quiet and dedicated home workspace during working hours
