Overview

As a Sales Account Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of SMB advertisers, identify growth opportunities, and consult with clients to maximize their advertising investments. This role is hands-on, client-facing, and target-driven — ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic sales environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow revenue across a portfolio of SMB advertisers.
  • Conduct proactive outbound calls and respond to inbound client inquiries.
  • Research client industries and business models to provide tailored solutions.
  • Consult with clients on product adoption and campaign optimization.
  • Analyze performance trends, solve problems, and recommend improvements.
  • Develop subject-matter expertise in social media advertising solutions.
  • Create success stories highlighting advertiser growth and ROI.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • College graduate or undergraduate (minimum degree-level coursework completed).
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales/account management experience.
  • Strong consultative sales background with revenue target ownership.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Quezon City.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
Good-to-Have
  • Background in social media or digital marketing ad sales.
  • Experience managing SMB or mid-market client portfolios.
  • Knowledge of advertising KPIs, campaign optimization, and measurement tools.
