Work Arrangement: On-site
Schedule: Night Shift (12:00 NN – 9:00 AM PHT, including a 1-hour rest; no operations on US Saturdays and Sundays)
Location: 3rd Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Php 40,000 – Php 50,000 per month (with incentives and benefits, depending on performance)

As a Sales Team Leader, you will be part of a dynamic team given full autonomy in decision-making and daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
● Acquire new accounts for US clients.
● Reach out to prospective clients and accounts to generate new business opportunities.
● Communicate effectively with clients, responding to and following up on leads.
● Gather and organize client information necessary for job creation.

Qualifications:
● Strong time management and workload prioritization skills.
● Desirable industry knowledge and experience.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office.
● Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
● Strong people management and negotiation skills.
● Effective presentation and communication abilities.
● Proven leadership and sales experience.
● Background in B2B sales or SaaS is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Business Management.
● Experience using CRM tools.
● Startup mindset, competitive nature, and resilience.
● Demonstrates a growth mindset with adaptability to change.
