Sales Team Leader

Work Arrangement: 100% On-site
Schedule: 12:00 NN – 9:00 AM Philippine Time (including 1-hour rest); no operations on US Saturdays and Sundays
Location: 3rd Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Php 40,000 to Php 50,000 per month (inclusive of incentives and benefits)

About the Role:
As a member of the Sales Team, you will be given complete autonomy over your work and decision-making. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys new challenges daily, is customer-obsessed, has strong communication skills, can be resourceful in high-pressure situations, and can problem-solve quickly and analytically.

Key Responsibilities:
Your Role:
You will be expected to acquire new accounts for US clients.
● Reaching out to prospective clients and accounts to generate new business
● Communicating with clients, responding to and following up on leads
● Collecting client information necessary for job creation

Qualifications:

● Industry knowledge and experience desirable
● Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills
● Excellent customer service skills

● Experience in B2B sales / SaaS is an advantage
