B2B Marketing Officer

Summary:
The B2B Marketing Officer will be a key driver of our growth, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy focused on generating high-quality marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) for our Sales & Business Development team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to creating compelling content, managing digital marketing campaigns, and building brand awareness within our target industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing, a deep understanding of the sales funnel, and a passion for technology.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
- Design, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate MQLs that meet or exceed quarterly targets.
- Utilize a mix of inbound and outbound marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
- Work closely with the Sales & Business Development team to ensure alignment on lead quality, messaging, and follow-up processes.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on MQL volume, conversion rates, and ROI.
Continuously optimize lead generation efforts based on data and market feedback.
Brand & Product Awareness:
Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
- Create and execute strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition within target B2B sectors (e.g., real estate, logistics, manufacturing).
- Position QUBE SMART TECHNOLOGY CORP. as a thought leader in the smart technology space through content such as white papers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars.
- Plan and manage participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase our solutions and network with potential clients.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Produce high-quality, engaging, and relevant content tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey.
- Manage the company's blog, website, and social media channels, ensuring content is fresh, accurate, and aligned with marketing goals.
- Develop sales enablement materials, including brochures, presentations, and product data sheets, in collaboration with product and sales teams.
3. Market & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and stay ahead of the competition.
- Analyze competitor marketing strategies and positioning to inform our own tactics and messaging.
4. Marketing Technology & Analytics:
- Manage and utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to streamline processes and track performance.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign data, and other metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology, SaaS, or smart solutions industry.
- Proven track record of successfully generating MQLs and contributing to sales pipeline growth.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling B2B content.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the smart technology industry and B2B sales cycles is a plus.
Location: BGC, Taguig (Onsite)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
