QUALIFICATIONS
- Records, tabulates, and monitors employee attendance, including clock-in/clock-out times, breaks, and absences.
- Tracks and manages member-employee Service Incentive Leave usage.
- Prepares and verifies timesheets or timekeeping data for payroll processing.
- Calculates overtime according to company policies and legal requirements.
- Understands pay requirements set by relevant laws and ensures company compliance on Wage and Overtime.
- Maintains accurate records of employee work hours, absences, and leave.
- Generates and analyzes reports related to attendance, productivity, and payroll.
- Provides reports and data to management for decision-making.
- Addresses and resolves discrepancies or issues related to timekeeping or payroll.
- Assists employees with timekeeping and cash card-related inquiries and concerns.
- Works closely with HR and payroll departments to ensure seamless integration of timekeeping data.
- Assists Accounting Personnel with Over-the-Counter payroll transactions.
- Helps with deposits of cash in bank, sending cash via online platforms, and other payment methods.
- Collaborates with managers and supervisors to address attendance issues and manage staffing needs.
- Conducts periodic audits of timekeeping records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Reviews and verifies data to prevent and correct errors.
- Verifies proper pay with overtime.
- Maintains audit trails.
- Assist in opening new member-employee payroll account
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Human Resource, Accounting or any related course
- With 1 year Experience in Timekeeping
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City
