Who are we looking for:

As a Human Resources - Timekeeping Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of timekeeping systems and processes within the company. You also need to ensure accurate recording, tracking, and reporting employee work hours, absences and leaves. Furthermore, manage a team of timekeeping assistants to support the organization's timekeeping and payroll compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee time data.
  • Implement and enforce timekeeping policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to employees on timekeeping-related inquiries and issues.
  • Address discrepancies and resolve conflicts related to timekeeping records.
  • Generate, analyze, and reconcile timekeeping reports on employee attendance, overtime, and leave usage.
  • Lead and supervise a team of timekeeping assistants.
  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment within the timekeeping team.

What does it take to be part of the team?

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Operation Management or in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in HR or timekeeping-related roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency using time and attendance software and HRIS systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Has proficiency in using MS Office.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to be assigned in: Pasay City
