As a TA Talent Sourcer, you'll get to:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters across the globe to understand talent requirements and develop sourcing strategies that align with our global talent acquisition goals.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking, and other channels, to identify potential candidates on a global scale.
  • Proactively source and engage with passive candidates from diverse backgrounds to build a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen and assess candidate qualifications and interest in available positions, considering cultural fit and language proficiency for global roles
  • Maintain accurate and up to date candidate records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations in different regions.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and recruiters across different time zones on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline, highlighting key findings and recommendations for further engagement.

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer with:
-3+ years' experience sourcing candidates through a variety of tools and techniques

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media, job boards, and professional networking platforms, for candidate engagement
  • Proven track record working in a fast paced, metric driven environment sourcing hard to find candidates
  • Experience working global roles within several time zones and countries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment
  • Ability to portray the company and open positions in a positive light to potential candidates.
  • Proven skills in effective time management and strong sense of urgency
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills, essential for documenting sourcing activities and candidate interactions conducted through non phone channels.
