Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to manage our recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create job descriptions for open positions and work with stakeholders to determine key responsibilities, qualifications, and requirements.
  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Source for qualified candidates within the internal database or through various offline or online sourcing techniques.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interview qualified candidates.
  • Create shortlists and make recommendations to the recruitment manager and other key stakeholders.
  • Follow up and keep in touch with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Arrange applicant interviews with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Keep track of recruitment goals and ensure that open positions are filled on time and on budget.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proven track record in recruiting for multiple clients.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • B.A. degree in Human Resources or relevant fields.

Work Environment

The Recruitment Specialist will work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
