Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify property availability, profitability, and salability through thorough research and analysis.
  • Conduct market assessments and competitor scanning to determine property salability.
  • Coordinate with financial institutions, developers, and other stakeholders to source properties and manage due diligence activities.
  • Examine legal documentation to ensure compliance with prerequisites prior to finalizing a purchase.
  • Scrutinize title records to establish ownership and identify encumbrances.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure all necessary requirements and details are obtained.
  • Evaluate documents, including Contracts to Sell, MOAs, and DOAS, in preparation for finalization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in real estate land acquisition, titling, or post-land acquisition documentation.
  • Proven track record in land acquisition due diligence and administration.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn new software and systems.
