Main Responsibilities:

As an Appointment Setter for Staff Outsourcing Solutions, you will be responsible for generating outbound sales calls, lead qualification, and appointment setting for travel accounts. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements. Your primary goal is to establish strong relationships with customers, identify business opportunities, and drive sales growth.

Key Skills:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and basic office tools
* Excellent customer service and relations skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

Requirements:

* College-level degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or equivalent
* At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
