- Oversee Payroll Compliance: Ensure that labor reports, minimum wage regulations, and timekeeping systems are accurate and up to date. Monitor break violations and review timecard discrepancies for auto clock-outs.
- Manage Company Systems: Manage company systems like Heartland, 7Shifts, and Plate IQ, ensuring data is accurate and regularly updated. Pull reports, process termination records, and ensure system warnings are cleared.
- Coordinate Monthly Signature Requests: Coordinate monthly signature requests using DocuSign and track completion by employees. Generate employee reports for internal use and ensure all documentation is signed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Update Employee Records: Regularly update employee records in Heartland, including wage adjustments and compliance with labor laws, ensuring that all relevant employee and payroll data are accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
- Strong Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and HR documents.
- Proficiency in Administrative Software: Proficiency in using administrative software such as Heartland, 7Shifts, Plate IQ, and DocuSign.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with vendors and managers.
- Experience with Timekeeping and Payroll Systems: Experience with timekeeping and payroll systems is a plus.
