Administrative Assistant sought for Property Management Office in Cebu City. Coordinate schedules, manage documents, and maintain office supplies. 2+ years of experience required.
- Coordinate schedules and reserve venues for meetings within the Property Management Office.
- Ensure all unit owner, resident, and tenant information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders for the PMO.
- Monitor office supplies and order based on reorder levels.
- Assist PM/PE in ensuring compliance with relevant permits and deadlines.
- Record and update unit owner/resident/tenant calls and complaints.
- Monitor and update the PMO's asset list.
- Graduate of Business Management or Building Management Course.
- Related postgraduate studies is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Property Management as Administrative Assistant.
- Customer Service and People Handling Skills.
- MS Office Proficiency.
