  • Coordinate schedules and reserve venues for meetings within the Property Management Office.
  • Ensure all unit owner, resident, and tenant information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders for the PMO.
  • Monitor office supplies and order based on reorder levels.
  • Assist PM/PE in ensuring compliance with relevant permits and deadlines.
  • Record and update unit owner/resident/tenant calls and complaints.
  • Monitor and update the PMO's asset list.
  • Graduate of Business Management or Building Management Course.
  • Related postgraduate studies is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Property Management as Administrative Assistant.
  • Customer Service and People Handling Skills.
  • MS Office Proficiency.
