Admin Assistant - Cebu Branch
The Admin Assistant plays a crucial role in the overall office administration and general activities of the branch office, supporting operations and HR functions.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR and Admin tasks, including office support
• Coordinate with the head office on required information and reports
• Provide support in Vehicle Logistics Department and Port operations
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records and payroll preparation
• Assist with new hire onboarding and employee engagement activities
• Manage safety logs and reports
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers
• Monitor office supplies inventory and prepare purchase requisitions
• Oversee company vehicle registration and maintenance
• Manage branch office registrations and billing transactions
• Safeguard Petty Cash Fund and coordinate with the Accounting Department
• Book hotels, flights, and meeting rooms for company events
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• Background/ work experience in HR and Accounting functions preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with keen attention to details
• Willingness to work extended hours and Saturdays in Cebu City
