  • Assisting others in achieving goals.
  • Managing hiring, termination, training and performance appraisals for multiple employees.
  • Managing team results and evaluating information to solve problems and challenges.
  • Cordinating team efforts to achieve company and client goals.
  • Providing supervision, coaching and quality checks to support associate progress.
  • Delivering quality, productivity and compliance reports.
  • Coaching and giving feedback to team members to enhance performance.
  • Sharing processes and business updates with the team.
  • Identifying coaching opportunities and recommending training interventions.
  • Outlining best practices for associate growth and improvement.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
