As an Executive Floor Supervisor, you will assist in management of daily Executive Lounge operations and work with customers and Guests. Key responsibilities include supervising reception operations, supporting team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key skills and experience include previous customer-focused experience, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills. You will be part of a global hospitality company dedicated to creating remarkable guest experiences. As a Team Member, you will be at the heart of it all, working with a diverse team and contributing to the company's vision of filling the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervise the efficient operations of reception including check in/out procedures
  • Support team members in handling guest requests and enquiries to ensure a positive outcome is achieved
  • Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
  • Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of the Executive Lounge Team with an emphasis on training and teamwork
  • Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
  • Ensure Team Members have current knowledge of all room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, local area and other general product knowledge necessary to perform their duties
  • Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, which inspire Team Members to exceed standards
  • Act in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures when required
  • Follow and adhere to company brand standards
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships with Team Members
