Drive Success with These Responsibilities

Ensure documents are up to date.Ensure Hiring Managers are aware of processes.Establish and oversee the operations of the growing offshore office in the Philippines.Recruit, train, and mentor a team of professionals across various functions.Develop and implement strategies and policies to ensure alignment of the offshore office with the company's vision, mission, and values.Monitor and evaluate the performance and productivity of the team, and provide regular feedback and coaching.Manage the budget and resources of the offshore office and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders in the Philippines and the region.Identify market trends in the Philippines and the region.Report and communicate the progress and results of the offshore office to the Executive team regularly.Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise in the offshore office, and escalate them when necessary.Essential Skills to ShineBachelor's degree or higher in business administration, management, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in an offshore or international setting.Proven experience in building and leading a new office and demonstrating the ability to scale up operations and teams.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations.Highly adaptable, flexible, and resilient, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Proficiency in English and Filipino, both written and spoken.Enjoy Perks that Power Your Life and CareerDay 1 HMO coverageCompetitive PackagePrime office locationWork life balanceStandard government and Emapta benefitsTotal of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretionFun engagement activities for employeesMentorship and exposure to global leaders and teamsUpskilling through Emapta AcademyCareer growth opportunitiesDiverse and supportive work environmentPartnering with Leading Tech Innovators
