This role is focused on supporting our Philippines sites, aligning our teams based in the Philippines with our corporate vision and strategy, and driving employee experience and engagement across the site. The focus of this role will be on building a strong culture of inclusion and belonging by enhancing and strengthening employees' experience in the Philippines and supporting Genesys Philippines in becoming an employer of choice by developing and executing external and internal employer branding strategies. In addition, we are looking for an individual who can assist with building stronger employee engagement at other Genesys sites in APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Regional Experience and Engagement Manager will report directly to the Global Workplace Culture and Community Manager and be part of the Global Workplace Community team. The manager will focus on supporting the Manilla site in operationalizing the strategy in our Philippines office.
  • This role is tasked with supporting the Philippines site in local daily office operations while creating, managing, and delivering local programs and activities for our workforce aligned with company strategy, corporate initiatives, and goals.
  • We are looking for an action-oriented individual who can execute and coordinate the various activities, events, and initiatives for the site, at the direction of the Site Leaders, that will improve the employee experience for all, leading to greater employee engagement.
  • Further, as part of our Workplace Community team, this role will help build employee engagement across other Genesys sites in APAC.

Responsibilities/Job Duties:

In this role, the primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze employee experience data with the Experience team, HRBPs and leaders. Create plans and documentation to address this.
  • Analyze the results from employee surveys in conjunction with the Experience team, HRBPs, and leaders. Partner with these teams to drive improvement plans and execute them.
  • Support and assist Site Leaders, including preparing regular reporting on site-related metrics.
  • Partner with Facilities, HRBPs, Councils, and Site Leaders to coordinate the site's day-to-day operations and regional events.
  • Build a communication plan for the site and region.
  • Provide logistical and operational support to the Site Leaders in regular employee communications.
  • Bring together Site Leads vision and budget to organize, promote and drive employee engagement through site events and activities, team building, office celebration, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts, Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR – Impact Together), employer branding initiatives, and social events.
  • Oversee and execute site-sponsored activities.
  • Oversee site and regional budgets.
  • Planned and facilitated programs facilitating open feedback and communication between employees and the Site Leaders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Promote culture, improve employer brand and ensure adherence to operating policies.
  • Partner with local HR, Talent & Learning and Facilities teams in recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, retention efforts, and hiring events.
  • Build and execute a plan for solid engagement and connections among employees working at other sites or virtually in APAC. Partner with APAC HR leaders and other teams to drive engagement activities at different sites and with Virtual employees throughout APAC.
  • Establish a network of volunteers/influencers/brand ambassadors in other sites to help drive employee experience and engagement in conjunction with Impact Together groups and councils.
  • Work with global branding and external affairs teams on the local employer branding plan.
  • Create the annual meetup conference calendar, localise Genesys brand content, and support local online and offline brand awareness campaigns.
  • Position the Philippines site within the community by communicating local success stories and global leader's visits.
  • Partner with Impact Together to build local relations around giving to the community.
  • Partner with HR and local Facilities to ensure Employee Health and Safety and Crisis Management Communications

Requirements:

  • Must be "hands-on" in bringing execution and process discipline and focusing on achieving tangible goals consistent with Genesys winning high-performance culture.
  • Understanding of employee experience and engagement, employer brand, and the drivers of this
  • Highly collaborative, can effectively partner with functional leaders at the site, and can work and organize teams in planning and executing activities.
  • Familiar with budgets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills, analytical skills, and project management experience.
  • Must be a strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work and deliver within tight deadlines and willingness to work longer than standard hours to ensure a task is completed on time when required.
  • Displays initiative in carrying out their duties, constantly looking for ways to improve processes to promote efficiency or strengthen control.
  • Ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A mature approach to work and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to identify areas of concern and raise them to an appropriate management level.
  • A solid, positive, and ethical approach to work and how work gets done.
